PURPOSE: A fishing gear for catching live fish is provided to increase a fish catch, and to maximize the added value thereof by catching live fish in the near seas, river and a reservoir without hurting live fish with an improved stationery net. CONSTITUTION: A fishing bolter(5) in the form of a stationery net of the fishing gear for catching live fish(1) is installed in the near seas, river or a reservoir to induce various fish under water with a bait and catch them. One end of a caterpillar-shaped rope(2) is guided by a driven drum(7) connected to a post(6) put up on the ground to take away the caught fish on the ground. The other end of the rope(2) is guided by a guiding roller(3) connected to a tie down anchor(4) fixed under water. The rope(2) is connected to a guiding tool(11), which is connected to a sinker(8) integrally having an anchor by a connecting cord. Many fishing bolters(5) are connected to the rope(2) by a connecting cord.
