PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrolyzable group-containing organohydrogenpolysiloxane free from residual acidic catalyst in an essentially non-aqueous system at a low cost.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hydrolyzable group-containing organohydrogenpolysiloxane includes at least steps of: (A) reacting (a) an organosiloxane containing no hydrolyzable group with (b) an organosilane or organosiloxane containing a hydrolyzable group, (at least one of components (a) and (b) contains a hydrosilyl group), in the presence of a super strong acid catalyst and substantially in the absence of water to obtain the hydrolyzable group-containing organohydrogenpolysiloxane; (B) adding an inorganic basic neutralizing agent and/or an adsorbent containing an element of group II and/or group XIII of the periodic table to the resulting reaction solution containing organohydrogenpolysiloxane to neutralize and/or adsorb the super strong acid catalyst; and (C) removing the neutralized and/or adsorbed form of the super strong acid catalyst.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
