PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file name change management system and a file name change management program, allowing easy understanding of relevance between files, and allowing easy management.;SOLUTION: This file name change management system has: an operation information recording part 5 recording operation information to a target file in a computer; a base file specification means 7 specifying a base file of the target file; a correction degree acquisition means 10 acquiring a correction degree of the target file to the base file; a name change decision means 11 acquiring an allowable range based on the correction degree and a name of the base file, and deciding whether a new name is within the allowable range or not; and a control means 12 performing control based on a decision result thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
