EMBEDDED FORM FOR MOLDING FOUNDATION CONCRETE BLOCK USED AS BASE-STONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mold a foundation concrete block used as a base-stone of a post in the construction field with light labor.;SOLUTION: A form (M) for molding the foundation concrete block buried in the ground (G) includes: a form body (11) bent and made three-dimensional into square cylinder shape from a sheet of corrugated paper (P); four bottom flaps (14a)-(14d) in total bent inward at a right angle and overlapped from its opening lower edge part to cover the form body in a bottomed state; and a pair of roof flaps (19a), (19b) bent inward at an acute angle from the opening upper edge part of the form body to abut in angle shape. The post (10) is inserted into the form body from above, and ready-mixed concrete (C) is filled. It is determined that the post (10) is held in a stable upright state by a pair of facing roof flaps until the ready-mixed concrete is hardened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
