PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating experimental apparatus giving consideration to a binding force of a railway-direction track, which is used to carry out a survey of an influence of the railway-direction binding force of the track between a bridge pier and a bridge abutment, different in vibration mode from each other, when a base-isolating device for converting the response displacement direction of earthquake motion is installed on the track.;SOLUTION: In this base-isolating experimental apparatus which gives consideration to the binding force of the railway-direction track, experiments on the influence of the binding force (resistance force) of the railway-direction track are conducted by making a replacement with first and second equivalent springs on the basis of the railway-direction binding force (resistance force) of the railway-direction tracks different in the railway-direction binding force (resistance force) from each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
