PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately inhibit the execution of seal collation and seal inquiry on an account on which seal accident setting is registered, to simplify work for releasing the seal accident setting and to surely carry out the release of the seal accident setting.;SOLUTION: An accounting system host device, upon receiving a registration request of accident setting on a seal of an account from a sales office terminal, registers the accident setting in account information of the account stored in an account information database. The sales office terminal, upon receiving an accident setting completion notice from the accounting system host device, automatically transmits a seal change reservation setting notice to a seal server.
