PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid ejection device, a fluid ejection method, and a fluid ejection surgical instrument capable of surely and highly accurately ejecting fluid when ejecting the fluid to a target.;SOLUTION: In the fluid ejection device 1, a color sensor 40 detects a color of a fluid ejection target area which is a target to be cut when it is opposed to a fluid ejection port 212 and the fluid is ejected. Depending on the color of the fluid ejection target area, it is determined whether the fluid ejection target area is an area where the fluid can be ejected or an area where the fluid cannot be ejected. If it is the area where the fluid can be ejected, the discharge of the fluid in a pulsation generating part 100 is controlled to eject pulsating flows different in property depending on the color of the fuel ejection target area. If it is the area where the fluid cannot be ejected, the discharge of the fluid in the pulsation generating part 100 is stopped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
