PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which displays coping for trouble capable of shortening an arithmetic processing time from trouble occurrence to displaying coping for trouble.;SOLUTION: The device which displays coping for trouble includes: an error kind identification unit 30a which identifies the kind of an error causing machine trouble; a facility state identification unit 30b which identifies the state of facilities in case of the occurrence of the machine trouble; a coping database for troubles 32 in which coping information is stored associatively with combinations of facility states of a plurality of preset patterns and kinds of errors of the plurality of patterns; and a coping screen display unit 33 which reads coping information associated with an identified facility state and error kind out of the coping database for troubles 32, and visually displays it, coping information corresponding to both the kind of the error causing the machine trouble and the state of the facilities to which the machine trouble occurs being displayed so that an operator can view it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
