PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming efficiently and at a low cost a copper-tin alloy foil membrane electrode which is used as an electrode for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. PSOLUTION: The copper-tin-containing paste contains tin oxalate and copper acetate of an organic metal compound, tetraethylene glycol, and 1, 2-diamino cyclo-hexane. The copper-tin-containing paste in which a tin precursor containing tin oxalate, tetraethylene glycol, and 1, 2-diamino cyclo-hexane in a ratio of 1 :[2 or more and 4 or less]:[2 or more and 4 or less] by molar ratio and a copper precursor containing copper acetate and tetraethylene glycol in a ratio of 1:[2 or more and 4 or less] by molar ratio are mixed is formed, and the paste is coated on a current collector and calcined, thereby, a uniform thin-film shape copper-tin alloy electrode can be formed.
