PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy for detecting hepatocellular carcinoma.;SOLUTION: This method for acquiring data for analyzing hepatocellular carcinoma includes: a step for measuring a value X of α-fetoprotein (AFP) from a body fluid of a patient, and storing it into a storage device; a step for measuring a value Y of an AFP lectin fraction (AFP-L3%) from the body fluid of the patient, and storing it into the storage device; a step for measuring a value Z of des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin (DCP) from the body fluid of the patient, and storing it into the storage device; and a score calculation step for calculating a score S for detecting hepatocellular carcinoma by using X, Y and Z stored in the storage device, and storing it into the storage device.
