PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretension member manufacturing method that facilitates manufacturing of a pretension member at a low cost.;SOLUTION: The method includes: a process of delivering tension materials 20, 20 between a pair of tension abutments 40, 40 oppositely arranged and introducing tension stress in the tension materials 20, 20 via the tension abutments 40, 40; a process of fixing at a prescribed position a partition form 30 formed in accordance with the shape of the end face of a pretension member 1 and fixing a fixing device 21 near the partition form 30 on the tension material 20; a process of placing concrete 14 into an outer form 33; a process of introducing compression force into a concrete body 10 by removing the outer form 33 and releasing the tension material 20 after a prescribed strength is given in the concrete 14, and the concrete body 10 is formed; and a process of cutting the partition form 30 and cutting the tension material 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
