PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method that easily and reliably recognize salespersons' customer visits.;SOLUTION: The customer visit management system communicatively connected to a salesperson's terminal to manage the salesperson's customer visits includes a medium identification code generation part for outputting a unique medium identification code to be assigned to a customer visit check medium to be sent to a customer as an uncollected medium identification code, a collected medium identification code storage part for receiving from the salesperson's terminal the medium identification code assigned to the customer visit check medium collected from the destination customer by the salesperson by communication with the terminal, and storing the medium identification code as a collected medium identification code if it matches the uncollected medium identification code, an identification code reading part for reading the medium identification code from the customer visit check medium returned to a predetermined return site, and a customer visit confirmation part for confirming the salesperson's customer visit and making a corresponding output if the medium identification code read by the identification code reader matches the collected medium identification code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
