PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with low wind noise and slow snow accretion that is manufactured without leakage of resin by using a normal half-cut dice for molding a ring with slow snow accretion.;SOLUTION: The electric wire with low wind noise and slow snow accretion has a ring with slow snow accretion 4 with a given interval in the longitudinal direction of a low wind noise wire 1 having a spiral projection 2 on the outer circumference. The ring with slow snow accretion 4 is constructed of an inner periphery ring 4A which is installed so that the outer circumference face may be cross-sectional circular shape including the spiral projection 2 on the outer periphery of the low wind noise wire 1 and an outer periphery ring 4B which is formed by resin molding on the outer circumference of the inner periphery ring 4A.
