ELECTRIC WIRE WITH LOW WIND NOISE AND SLOW SNOW ACCRETION, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with low wind noise and slow snow accretion that is manufactured without leakage of resin by using a normal half-cut dice for molding a ring with slow snow accretion.;SOLUTION: The electric wire with low wind noise and slow snow accretion has a ring with slow snow accretion 4 with a given interval in the longitudinal direction of a low wind noise wire 1 having a spiral projection 2 on the outer circumference. The ring with slow snow accretion 4 is constructed of an inner periphery ring 4A which is installed so that the outer circumference face may be cross-sectional circular shape including the spiral projection 2 on the outer periphery of the low wind noise wire 1 and an outer periphery ring 4B which is formed by resin molding on the outer circumference of the inner periphery ring 4A. The outer periphery ring 4B is formed by resin molding by installing a half-cut dice on the outer circumference of the inner periphery ring 4A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
