PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer composition in which the agglomeration of a conductive polymer does not occur and which can form a conductive film excellent in light durability, transparency and conductivity, and to provide a conductive polymer material and a method for manufacturing of the conductive polymer material. PSOLUTION: The conductive polymer composition includes a conductive polymer and a trivalent phosphorus compound. The compounds represented by general formulas (I)-(IV) are suitable as the trivalent phosphorus compound. In general formulas (I)-(IV) RSP1/SP-RSP12/SPindicate each independently a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, aryl group or heteroaryl group. The conductive polymer material is equipped with a layer formed using the above conductive polymer composition or equipped with a layer comprising the conductive polymer and a layer comprising the trivalent phosphorus compound as separate layers.
