METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PADDY FIELD WEED

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method and a herbicidal composition for controlling paddy field weeds, which, in a paddy field, enhance herbicidal effects of a non-selective foliage-treating type herbicide applied before plowing, and/or improve herbicidal rate; and also prevent such problems on environmental pollution as runoff of a soil-treating agent applied before seeding/transplantation of paddy rice into rivers, and enable to have stable herbicidal effects. PSOLUTION: (1) The paddy field weed-controlling herbicidal composition includes the non-selective foliage-treating type herbicide (A) and a soil treatment type herbicide for paddy rice (B) in the weight ratio of (A):(B)=1:0.001-10; and (2) the method for controlling paddy field weeds by spraying the composition only once to a paddy field before irrigation.
