LINIMENT FOR SKIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liniment for the skin, precisely exhibiting antiinflammatory effects and antiallergic effects by using mangosteens having useful physiological effects and clarifying the proper added amount.;SOLUTION: The liniment for the skin contains a chitosan derivative mixture containing α-mangosteen in an amount of from 1 μmol to 100 mmol based on 1 kg of a base for the liniment for the skin. It is shown in the examples 1 to 6 that large therapeutic effects are exhibited when the liniments for the skin are used, and it is determined that significant therapeutic effects against contact dermatitis, bedsore and allergic inflammatory are present. As a result, it is cleared that the content of ≥1 μmol of the chitosan derivative mixture containing the α-mangosteen based on 1 kg of the base for the liniment for the skin is required.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
