This invention, regards the production method of the unknown organism molecule and the nuclear acid tip/chip and the nuclear acid tip/chip in order to form the connection profile of one chain nuclear acid, and the unknown organism molecular analysis method of utilizing the nuclear acid tip/chip. The nuclear acid tip/chip of this invention is used in analyzing the biological sense of the unknown organism molecule which is included in the organism sample. As for the nuclear acid tip/chip of this invention, reacting the organism sample where the unknown organism molecule is included and the random one chain nuclear acid which has random base arrangement, the stage which decides the organism molecular bond one chain nuclear acid which it connects with the aforementioned unknown organism molecule, and the aforementioned organism molecular bond one chain nuclear acid which is decided and/or synthesizing the capture one chain nuclear acid which includes the one chain nuclear acid which has complimentary base arrangement in the aforementioned organism molecular bond one chain nuclear acid it produces from the method of including the stage which adheres the aforementioned capture one chain nuclear acid to the baseplate.
