PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combinatorial solid-phase synthesis apparatus in which the number of reaction tank modules can be increased or decreased freely, the inside of each reaction tank can be made visible and reaction conditions of each reaction tank can be controlled individually, and to provide a reaction tank module to be used in the combinatorial solid-phase synthesis apparatus.;SOLUTION: The reaction tank module M has a three-layer structure composed of the cylindrical reaction tank 1 arranged in the central part thereof, a temperature adjustment layer arranged just on the outer periphery of the cylindrical reaction tank, and a thermal insulation layer arranged on the outer periphery of the temperature adjustment layer. The cylindrical reaction tank 1, an upper inner cover 2, a lower inner cover 3, a glass inner tube 4 and a glass outer tube 5 are pressed between an upper intermediate cover 8 and a lower intermediate cover 9 from the outside. When the thickness of the side face of the cylindrical reaction tank 1 is selected so that light can be transmitted therethrough, the situation in the cylindrical reaction tank 1 can be observed.
