PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower lib function training apparatus which can avoid excessive exercise exceeding a proper amount of exercise as much as possible.;SOLUTION: The lower lib function training apparatus includes a foot-placing board 1 on which both feet are placed and which can be reciprocated back and forth, a reciprocation number-detecting unit which detects the number of back and forth reciprocation of the foot-placing board 1, and a brake unit which applies brake on the back and forth movement of the foot-placing board 1 when the number of reciprocation detected by the reciprocation number-detecting apparatus reaches a predetermined number.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
