EVALUATION METHOD OF SKIN AGEING IMPROVING/ADVANCE DELAYING EFFECT, EVALUATION KIT AND SUBSTANCE SCREENING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like for evaluating an improving effect or advance delaying effect of skin ageing possessed by a substance to be examined.;SOLUTION: The substance to be examined is administered to an animal developing skin symptoms caused by ageing or an animal accelerated in the advance of skin ageing to compare the concentration of at least one of nine marker substances in the body fluid of the animal with a reference value and the improving effect or advance delaying effect of skin ageing possessed by the substance to be examined is evaluated. The constitution is recommended that the marker substance is captured by a carrier on which a substance having the affinity to the marker substance is fixed calculate to the concentration of the marker substance in the body fluid.
