PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel unpleasant feelings in viewing a television advertisement by relaxing a nuisance in an advertisement on television that is a nuisance for a viewer.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an advertising television characterized in a system where, separately from a conventional television monitor, a personal computer is built in a television and in an outer circumferential portion of the monitor, an advertisement dedicated monitor function is mounted for which two kinds of methods of broadcast-based advertisement airing and net distribution airing are enabled. The television monitor and the advertisement monitor are simultaneously worked and on the advertisement dedicated monitor, advertisements, information closely related to the life, public information, and the like are aired according to two kinds of methods of airing and net distribution as long as the time during which television broadcasts were aired and advertisements were aired, on the conventional television monitor, by interrupting television airing. By airing an advertisement on the advertisement dedicated monitor, a part of advertisement rates is returned to an advertising television owner, and it is considered to relax a metal nuisance by drawing income and giving convenience to the life, besides simple nuisance of viewing the advertisement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
