PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dephosphorizing material and a dephosphorizing apparatus having excellent reaction rate of a dephosphorizing treatment and easily removing phosphorus from phosphorus-containing waste water, and to provide a dephosphorization by-product.;SOLUTION: The dephosphorizing apparatus 1 carries out the dephosphorization of the phosphorus-containing waste water using a dephosphorizing material prepared by classifying a pulverized concrete waste material into particles having ≤1 mm particle diameter and is provided with a reaction tank 2. The reaction tank 2 is provided with: a waste water supply means 3 for supplying the phosphorus-containing waste water; a dephosphorizing material supply means 4 for supplying the dephosphorizing material; a stirring means 5 for stirring the phosphorus-containing waste water and the dephosphorizing material; and a recovering means 6 for recovering crystallized material in the reaction tank 2. The phosphorus-containing waste water and the dephosphorizing material supplied into the reaction tank 2 are stirred, and in the reaction tank 2, the calcium phosphate is crystallized, phosphorus is removed from the phosphorus-containing waste water and calcium phosphate which is the crystallized dephosphorization by-product is recovered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
