PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation management system capable of eliminating labor for an inquiry in a customer or putting forms in order, and a customer terminal therefor, an operating method in the customer terminal, a program for the customer terminal, and a recording medium recorded with the program.;SOLUTION: The vehicle operation management system sets whether only a daily operation report is sufficient or not, whether only a vehicle speed history is sufficient or not, or whether both are required or not, in the customer terminal 300, and issues periodically the inquiry to a base station 200 in a condition set therein. The base station 200 transmits only a new data fit to the condition. Both are downloaded for the first time to the customer terminal 300 after getting all present, as to a data requiring both to be made a set.
