COMBINATION COUNTING DEVICE AND COMBINATION COUNTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination counting device where the optimum combination is easily established when such a combination of metering containers holding an article whose value is equivalent to a target combination weight value or is a value closest to this is selected as the optimum combination.;SOLUTION: The number of target combinations, a unit weight value, an allowable lower limit weight value, and an allowable upper limit value are set in the operating device (operating controller 16) of a combination counting device 99. With this operating device, the number of held articles for each metering container is computed, and the target combination weight value is computed by multiplying the number of the target combinations by the unit weight value. Such a combination of the metering containers is selected that wherein the sum of the number of the held articles is equal to the number of the target combinations and the sum of the weight values is equal to the target combination weight value or within the predetermined weight region which is determined with the allowable lower limit weight value and the allowable upper limit weight value. Furthermore, the single weight value is corrected with the value which is the value dividing the total sum of the weight values of the articles by the total sum of the number of the held articles when computing the target combination weight value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
