PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection glare detection technology for detecting generation of reflection glare on a display which is a generation source of the reflection glare.;SOLUTION: This reflection glare detection device 100 has a constitution having: the first optical sensor 10 for measuring the intensity P1 of external light entering the display; the second optical sensor 11 for measuring the intensity P2 of external light transmitted through a front panel of a display indication part; a reflected light quantity estimation means 20 for calculating an estimation value of a quantity Pr of the reflected light of the external light reflected by the display from intensities P1, P2 of each light and an optical transmittance μ₁ of the front panel; and a reflection glare generation determination device 30 for comparing the reflected light quantity Pr of the external light estimated by the reflected light quantity estimation means 20 with a threshold S1 set beforehand, and determining that reflection glare is generated by the external light on the display, when the reflected light quantity Pr is larger than the threshold S1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
