PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating roselle for effectively utilizing roselle leaves as food material for tea or drink.;SOLUTION: The method for cultivating roselle comprises mowing or picking leaves several times a year and harvesting also calyxes to effectively use. The method enables sufficient intake of nutrition inherent in the roselle to make the roselle effective on antioxidant action and health promotion by being utilized as various kinds of food materials.
