PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin molded article excellent in heat resistance and durability.;SOLUTION: A post-chlorinated crosslinkable polyvinyl chloride resin is obtained by post-chlorination of a crosslinkable vinyl chloride resin which is obtained by copolymerization of 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride monomer and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a vinyl silane compound represented by formula: CH2=CH-SiRnX3-n (wherein R is hydrogen or 1-3C alkyl, X is 1-3C alkoxy, n is an integer from 0 to 2) and has a polymerization degree of 500-900.
