PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition achieving both of excellent surface property and excellent flexibility, a vinyl chloride resin powder slush molded body, a resin laminate and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin composition and the vinyl chloride resin powder slush molded body contain 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride-based resin particle having an average particle diameter of 50 to 500 μm and consisting of vinyl chloride resin having an average polymerization degree of 1500 or more, 110 to 150 pts.wt. of a plasticizer, vinyl chloride-based resin fine particle having the average particle diameter of 0.01 to 50 μm and smaller than the average particle diameter of the vinyl chloride-based resin particle and 0.5 to 8 pts.wt. of a modified polyorgano siloxane particle having the average particle diameter of 0.1 to 100 μm.
