JIAOZI-WRAPPING STRIP FEEDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jiaozi-wrapping strip feeder solving the problem that, as a tasty jiaozi-wrapping strip is rich in moisture and thick, both of the tensile strength and the flexural strength of the strip are decreased; a mass increase in such strip results in getting viscous, and it is difficult to conduct an automatic punching processing for punching a circular jiaozi-wrapping strip made by extending a mass so as to be relatively thick and feeding the resultant circular jiaozi-wrapping strips one by one to an automatic jiaozi production machine.;SOLUTION: The jiaozi production machine is first threaded with a wrapping strip by allowing the strip's end to float and then fed with succeeding wrapping strips using a fork-shaped strip-intermittently extruding means, and weak downward airflow is continually generated toward a groove provided at the center of a slope body, thereby facilitating an automated strip-punching operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
