PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner joint member of a constant velocity universal joint, easily assembling a shaft without applying excessive force to a ball or a cage and ensuring a necessary slide area in a vehicle, and to provide a method for assembling the constant velocity universal joint, a drive shaft assembly, and a propeller shaft assembly, respectively using the inner joint member.;SOLUTION: A stopper tool 50 is mounted to the side of the joint opening of the inner joint member. The shaft 37 is fitted to the inner joint member.
