PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, and a microstructure allowing the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.;SOLUTION: In this surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, light is radiated to the surface of a substrate to be analyzed, and the scattered light on the surface of the light is dispersed, thereby acquiring a spectrum of the scattered light.
