PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, and a microstructure allowing the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.;SOLUTION: In this surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, light is radiated to the surface of a substrate to be analyzed, and the scattered light on the surface of the light is dispersed, thereby acquiring a spectrum of the scattered light. Coating is formed on the surface of the substrate to be analyzed, metal nano-particles are arranged above the coating, the coating forms a gap between the substrate to be analyzed and the metal nano-particles, and light is radiated to the surface of the substrate to be analyzed where the metal nano-particles are arranged, thereby observing the interface between the substrate to be analyzed and the coating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
