PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a saccharide composition capable of reducing an unpleasant taste or an unpleasant smell, without deteriorating deliciousness of food and drink. PSOLUTION: The saccharide composition contains a trisaccharide the constituent saccharide of which comprises glucose or/and its reductant as an active ingredient for reducing the unpleasant taste or reducing the unpleasant smell.
