PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch mechanism, a reduction gear with a clutch, and a motor with the reduction gear capable of carrying out miniaturization and capable of suppressing manufacturing costs. PSOLUTION: The clutch mechanism, the reduction gear with the clutch, and the motor with the reduction gear are equipped with a worm wheel 16 to which the rotation of an electric motor 2 is input, a drive plate 41 engaging with the worm wheel 16 and outputting the rotation of the electric motor 2, and a casing 11 housing the worm wheel 16 and the drive plate 41. A plurality of cylindrical rolls 38 is provided in a periphery of a center shaft 28 provided in the casing 11. They are composed such that, when the worm wheel 16 is rotated, the drive plate 41 and the cylindrical rolls 38 are rotated at the same time by the worm wheel 16, and when rotating the drive plate 41 before the worm wheel 16, the cylindrical rolls 38 are held between the center shaft 28 and the drive plate 41, and rotation of the drive plate 41 is blocked by frictional force caused by this.
