PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a lock property by reducing backlash between components at lower cost.SOLUTION: A clutch mechanism comprises: a driving rotor 16; a driven rotor 41 which is disposed at a side of one end face of the driving rotor 16 in an axial direction, includes a first protrusion 46 to be inserted into an engage hole 36 and outputs rotation of an electric motor; a lock plate 38 disposed at a side of another end face of the driving rotor 16 in the axial direction and includes a second protrusion 46 to be inserted into the engage hole 36; a movement regulation member 71 for regulating axial movement of the driving rotor 16; and a casing 11. A first distal end face of the first protrusion 52 and a second distal end face of the second protrusion 46 are mutually abutted in the axial direction of the driving rotor 16, and a slope of the first protrusion 52 and a recess of the second protrusion 46 are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the driving rotor 16.
