PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip composite FRP lattice member capable of being simply fitted by an adhesive and an anchor as a concrete flaking preventing material in a tunnel, a beam, a post, a girder, a wall, a floor plate, a chimney and a water supply tank and having strong reinforcing force. SOLUTION: This band plate composite FRP lattice member 1 has a FRP lattice member 100 formed by disposing plural reinforcements 101, 102 made of fiber reinforced resin like a lattice and first band plates 200 fitted to the FRP lattice member 100 to be regularly or irregularly arranged in parallel to each other at a designated space.
