PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource management device which displays not only time required for task processing but also performance of efficiency, power or the like of resources and the hold state of the resources.;SOLUTION: The resource management device is provided with an input means 14 for inputting first data and second data; a processing means 13 which obtains a processing rate using the inputted first data and second data, obtains the hold amount of second resource, and obtains the hold time of the second resource from the throughput and processing rate of first resource, the hold amount of the second resource and the plurality of first resources which require the hold state for the second resource; and a display means 15 which disposes a triangle on a time axis, wherein the throughput of the first resource is represented by the height of the triangle and the processing rate of the first resource is represented by an angle facing an edge representing the throughput of the triangle, and disposes, for displaying, a trapezoid, on the time axis, which is a combination of the triangle and a rectangle as the continuous operations of the processing and hold, together with the triangle, with the hold amount of the second resource being represented by the height of the rectangle and the hold time of the second resource being represented by the length of an edge orthogonal to the height.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
