PURPOSE: To obtain a preparation capable of improving the absorption of a taken medicine by encapsulating gelled hydrocolioids coated with a positively charged polysaccharide into milli-spheres and subsequently orally administering the milli-spheres, and to provide a method for producing the preparation. ;CONSTITUTION: This preparation comprises gelled hydrocolloids to which a cationic polysaccharide membranes are adhered and contains milli-spheres, micro spheres, nano spheres or orientation type particles containing a pharmacologically useful medicine therein. The method for producing the preparation comprises a step for dissolving, suspending or emulsifying the medicine in a gelled hydrocolloid solution, a step for adding a gelling solution to the produced mixture and a step for suspending the produced milli-spheres, micro spheres, nano spheres or orientation type particles to a cationic polysaccharide solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
