PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, suitably performing the processing even when an exception point not to be compressed appears.;SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a compression part capable of compressing an origin on the algebraic torus to affine representation by compression-mapping; and a determination part for determining whether or not an object origin showing an origin on the algebraic torus as an object of compression is an exception point showing an origin on the algebraic torus not compressed by the compression-mapping. The compression part generates the processing result including exception information showing that the object origin is an exception point when the object origin is determined to be an exception point, and generates the processing result including the affine representation, which compresses the object origin by compression-mapping when the object origin is determined to be not an exception point.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
