PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a subject provided with a surface to be tested that is a measuring object to be stationary to a measuring system by a proper load which will not cause adverse effects on the measured results.;SOLUTION: To the subject 40 arranged so that the axis line C of the surface to be tested 41 comes nearly rectangular to the direction of gravity, pressure from the top and bottom of the subject 40 and a load such as causing bends are given. The deformation of the surface to be tested 41, when the load is given is measured at least twice by changing the load and based on the measured results, correlation to be established between the deformation of the surface to be tested 41 and the load is obtained. With this correlation, a proper load that the deformation of the surface to be tested 41 comes within the allowed range of production error, for example is obtained.
