PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily writing a program in a software radio device.;SOLUTION: The method includes a process in which the program of an electronic circuit configuration concerning a predetermined communication protocol is stored in a small storage medium employing semiconductor storage elements, and a user connects the small storage medium to a small storage medium reader attached to any one of a display device and a signal processing apparatus; a process in which a state display processor of the display device displays a list of the communication protocols stored in the small storage medium on the display device; a process in which the user uses an input section of the display device to select a desired communication protocol from the list; a process in which the program is transferred to a memory space on the signal processing apparatus; and a process in which the program is written from the memory space into a programmable electronic element in using the communication protocol in the software radio device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
