PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device and program for a plurality of glossaries, and a design support device and program, capable of preventing inconsistency of words and phrases from being generated between the plurality of glossaries. PSOLUTION: A recorder 3 records data expressing respectively glossary definition, and term and word-and-phrase classification, as definition data 20, by a definition data recording means 10, and records data expressing respectively a collection object term relation, a collection object word-and-phrase classification relation, and a term constitutional relation, as relation data 21, by a relation data recording means 11. The recorder 3 records the collection object words and phrases 22, corresponding to the term and word-and-phrase classification, based on the term constitutional relation, by a word-and-phrase recording means 14. The collection object words and phrases 22 corresponding to the term and word-and-phrase classification correlated with the glossary definition are extracted from the recorder 3, based on the collection object term relation and the collection object word-and-phrase classification relation, when editing the words and phrases 22, and the extracted words and phrases 22 are edited thereafter.
