PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure which is formed into a high-strength structure by enhancing the unity between steel products and concrete against application of excessive load thereto from outside. PSOLUTION: A segment 1 or the concrete structure is formed of: the pairing main the steel products 21A, 21B arranged on an internal peripheral side and an external peripheral side of the segment 1 that is almost arcuately curved along a tunnel circumferential direction and formed like an arcuate plate; connection members 22, 22,... connecting between the main steel products 21A, 21B; and dowels 5, 5,... which are formed on mutually opposed surfaces 21a, 21b of the main steel products 21A, 21B integrally with the same in a manner protruding from the same.
