PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping implement and a scraper, easily collecting and handling powder, granular material and viscous material deposited on a smooth floor under various conditions when an entry opening part is small, or surrounded by a wall or a fence by solving the problem of the conventional scraper wherein a horizontal member of a scraping part like the conventional T-shaped implement cannot be inserted in an opening part having a width smaller than that of the horizontal member of a fixed type, so that in scraping, the horizontal member should be jumped over to the front of an object, and in the case where the object is distant or an object place is narrow, it is difficult to jump the implement.;SOLUTION: The respective ends of a pair of late-like scraping parts 10 and the end of a square tube part 20 are connected to each other through a hinge mechanism member 41, and the respective intermediate parts of the plate-like scraping parts 10 and the end of a plate-like sliding part 30 are connected to each other through a hinge mechanism member 42, whereby the plate-like sliding part 30 is moved to thereby open and close the plate-like scraping parts 10, and a stopper mechanism is provided to move and fix the plate-like sliding part 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
