PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platelet aggregation inhibitor which can be easily processed into a product and enables long-term storage, and health food effective for inhibiting platelet aggregation. PSOLUTION: The platelet aggregation inhibitor comprises, as an active ingredient, a decomposition product obtained by treating fibrin with natto kinase, wherein the decomposition product has a molecular weight of ≤10,000 dalton.
