PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting system wireless communication system for minimizing a delay when transferring encoded data obtained by encoding voice information to wireless slot, a master station wireless communication device, a salve station wireless communication device, and a wireless communication method.;SOLUTION: The broadcasting system wireless communication system has a master station wireless communication device 1 for wirelessly broadcasting information and a plurality of slave station wireless communication devices 2 for wirelessly receiving the information from the master station wireless communication device 1 and notifying the information. The system includes: a set table 15 for storing a transfer condition for minimizing a delay during transferring multiple encoded data generated in each fixed interval by encoding voice information to a wireless slot when the voice information is input to the master station wireless communication device 1 and the slave station wireless communication devices 2; and a slot number counter 14 for counting which wireless slot number the wireless slot currently is, and transfers the encoded data to the wireless slot by a minimum transfer delay.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
