PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium recording an equivalent circuit model being corresponded to each component with high precision for a capacitor.;SOLUTION: The computer-readable storage medium records an equivalent circuit model of a capacitor in which the real part of equivalent impedance changes so that it is nearly coincided with the real part of measured impedance according to frequency. The equivalent circuit model comprises a first circuit and a second circuit connected to the first circuit in series. The first circuit comprises a parallel circuit in which a first series circuit and a second series circuit are connected in parallel. The first series circuit includes a series circuit in which a first parallel circuit and a second parallel circuit are connected in series. The first parallel circuit comprises a first resistor and a first inductance connected to the first resistor in parallel. The second parallel circuit comprises a second resistance and a first capacitance connected to the second resistor in parallel.
