Workflow analysis report creation system and method, and information processing apparatus

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the productivity of a department using a device of a customer site by analyzing the movement of a target person in addition to the performance of the device placed in the department of the customer site. PSOLUTION: This workflow analysis report generation system has: a service processor (SP) 30 connected to a modality 10 placed in a hospital site HCF 1-n; a data server 44 of a service center SVC connected to the SP 30; and a person tracking sensor 20 detecting information related to the movement of a person OB such as a patient or a medical staff. The SP 30 has a processing part 31 collecting detection data of the sensor 20 in addition to the performance information of the modality 10, storing them in a DB 32 for a prescribed period, and transferring them to the data server 44. The data server 44 has a processing part 41 storing data from the SP 30 in a DB, and analyzing a workflow related to inspection using the modality 10 associatively to the movement of the person OB to generate a workflow analysis report.
