PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area-specific air conditioning control system and its method and program, achieving comfortable air conditioned environment while suppressing an increase of energy. PSOLUTION: The area-specific air conditioning control system 1 controls an air-conditioner. It comprises an area information input part 11 and a control part 12. The air-conditioner has one or more air conditioning indoor unit 71. The air conditioning indoor unit 71 is arranged as a common air conditioned environment providing means for a plurality of areas. Area information is input to the area information input part 11. The area information is information about area air conditioned environment. The control part 12 gives a priority to at least two out of the direction of conditioned air given by the air conditioning indoor unit 71, the amount of the conditioned air given by the air conditioning indoor unit 71 and the temperature of the conditioned air given by the air conditioning indoor unit 71 for providing air conditioned environment for each area.
