PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable rubber sponge to be used for painkilling anti-inflammation fomentation moderating pains such as hip injury and antipruritic anti-inflammation fomentation for insect bite, in which used rubber sponge can be removed from for disposal and be replaced with a new disposable sponge. PSOLUTION: An existing rubber sponge 5 is attached on a rubber sponge mounting part 4 made provided on a plastic container 1, and the rubber sponge 5 is fitted with a case-shaped rubber sponge 6 for replacement. By this composition, rubber sponge 6 for replacement can be mounted on the existing rubber sponge 5 when another person uses it. Therefore, when the original user applied it, the rubber sponge 6 for replacement which another person used can be removed, and the original existing rubber sponge 5 is used, thus solving the problem of hygiene.
