PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily intelligible information about timing, a destination, and a route for evacuation and a reason for evacuation after occurrence of disaster.;SOLUTION: A server offering disaster information to a terminal via a network is provided with a personal information database storing personal information including a name, an electronic mail address, and positional information of a user receiving offer of evacuation information, a disaster map information database storing a hazard map serving as geographical information associated with feature information and meteorological information, a shelter installation information database for storing information about facilities used as shelters in the case of disaster and shelters temporarily installed in the case of disaster, a damage information database for storing damage information about a road, lifelines and the like gathered in occurrence of the disaster, and an edition means editing the disaster information and the evacuation information for each user based on the information stored in the respective databases.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
